FARR Request: Sorting Columns in aliases box

It would be nice to be able to sort these two columns alphabetically in the aliases box.

Sorry, I can't help myself...

It's really a separate issue (I don't mean to hijack the thread here), but it would also be nice to customize which alias shows by default in the drop-down list.  I have a couple of my own alias files that I use frequently, but I think right now it defaults to one of the core aliases, which are un-editable anyway.
