I need a wave editing program which provide quite complicated interface that could be understand easily. Is there any audio converter?

for .wav file formats, you can try either Audacity or Wavosaur.

Hello Sobczak. I have seen Kristal Audio Engine at http://www.kreatives.org/kristal/ mentioned as a good freeware.

Alas, I have no first hand knowledge about it because I don't do audio editing and haven't used the software. Good luck in finding a program to suit your needs.

A simpler way to receive everything you need for audio editing situation is to use good audio editing software and I suggest you FlexiMusic Audio Editor. It is a user-friendly tool.

If you are converting from one format to another, then Switch comes in both a freeware & a shareware version, and if the free one doesn't do what you want, then the shareware one probably will.

Additionally, the company has a ton of other audio related applications.

Whatever it is you are trying to do, I am pretty sure they have an application to cover it.
