process tamer not working

my PT has stopped working as of this morning. was working fine last night. what is the cause of this? tried double clicking to turn on but nothing happens

instead of double clicking use the right mouse button menu to enable and disable -- does that work?
the double click action is configurable, perhaps it was changed?
