How long should I wait for auto scroll to finish? (Possible bug related)

Hi,

   When I try to capture an auto scroll, the screen gets these black boxes and captor uses up huge CPU processes.

Never mind, if this is the similar bug located here:

All I can say is it doesn't feel like I'm capture half the screen.
