fodder reported to me a bug where lastest release of screenshot captor (v2.05.03) got into a mood and started capturing screenshots in grayscale only with virtual bars. i've just encountered this myself.. trying to track it down and fix. if this happens to you, you have to exit and restart.
i think i might see what triggers it - when sc is open but in the background.. maybe? hmm.. not always..
