Simple Image Slideshow Viewer with PAN capability

For long, I have been looking for a simple tool (for Windows) which shows a slideshow of all images in a specified folder.
Also, it should have the ability to pan the images, smoothly ..i.e. the Ken Burns Effects
(actually, like the one in mac ..i think it is "iphoto")

Things Preferred:
> Option to view images in sub-folders
> Option to choose direction of pan
> Light weigth and fast
> Portable

Things I don't want / care about:
> Export capabilities (I just want a viewer)
> Image cataloging or management features
> Image Editing features
etc.. etc..

Pls share if you know of something like that

My screensaver does precisely that: MotionPicture screen saver

It's no longer developed and of course it's a screensaver, but you can run it on demand. It's completely customizable and very small too (436 kb).

Oh, no, I wish I was 
What I meant was "the screensaver I use" 
My "coding" abilities don't go much further than hacking a Firefox extension to make it compatible with the newest version
