specifically for lots of redundant files that gets constantly updated? (ex. data dump file entries or social bookmarking entries)
I just find those things harder to clean up than e-mail messages because I'm guaranteed to keep those files anyway but it's a PITA to re-organize those files (say after discovering a new tag that fits the whole system) that I often just start from scratch and import the files one by one but I only get so far until I need to add something again so I end up having two different accounts with two different set of files.
