RESOLVED: Single-Click Switch Audio Input Channel
« on: September 17, 2008, 09:32 AM »
Feel free to tell me if I'm being an idiot/this has been done, etc.

So I want to be able to switch from my microphone to a text-to-speech reader when I'm using my Skype client. Currently, I'm using my default rear microphone jack (Windows) and a regular microphone as my input. If I could switch to my soundcard at will, I could play audio clips, synth speech etc.

Anybody feel like helping me out?

EDIT: Thanks, this oughta keep me quiet (or loud  ;)) for a while.

there is an AHK hack made sometime ago to switch audio devices but it's rather rather crude, take a look and see if that's what you want. :)

A shortcut/hotkey to switch between audio devices?
