Newbie: Need help!! Cannot find URL for streaming media

Hi everyone!!  1st off, I'd like to say that I am going to be donating if this program works. 

I need to get the URL for a radio station, but it embeds itself into a flash player, so I cannot find it. I downloaded and installed the URL snooper, but still, it cannot seem to find the exact url for the stream.  The radio station is 100.3 The Bear in Edmonton, Alberta.  http://www.thebearrocks.com

I could use some help from some veterans here.

flash media doesnt use multimedia urls all the time, so sometimes they sneak by url snooper..
perhaps something can be done about it i'm not sure.  if anyone can watch the traffic with a packet sniffer and give some insight?
