Can´t get license key so i quit this damn page

one Hour of search in English forums :-(
and no hint if i need a key or not?
if i calculate 1 hour with only 25$ of cost, i should have purchased another software *grummel*

that you weren't alone in being confused and frustrated.
we upgraded servers yesterday, and the transition has been a little bit rocky.  you can imagine that the site is big enough that it's a little hard to check every page.

for most of yesterday it seems the non-member license key download page was not generating keys for non-members - so you probably visited that page and felt like you were losing your mind.

you should now be able to visit the license key page

i agree that wasted time is worth as much as money and i'm sorry it was so frustrating.

please send me an email (you and anyone who had similar troubles and who signed up at the forum yesterday ), for a non-expiring license key that never needs renewal. [[email protected]].

Here's an analogy ..

You go to the supermarket to buy bread, but you can't find the bread. So you spend an hour looking for the bread, and finally yell at the woman at the cash register and head out the shop before she has a chance to help you.

Now .. why didn't you just ask her nicely after 5 mins of not being able to locate the bread so she could help you?

I don't know .. maybe I'm just getting too old and grumpy .

if i went into a bread store, and spent an hour looking for bread, and couldn't find it.
i would probably yell at everyone and write up a very mean blog about that bread store

Sorry if it is out of place, I just thought it was amusing, that someone goes to the trouble of posting a negative comment without contacting the webmaster or author first 

Maybe it is the sign of our time, that we expect instant gratification at every moment of our waking hour, and the fact that something is free or as good as free, does not preclude the fact that we expect more from someone else then we are willing to put time in ourselves.

i guess i can sympathize with him since i'm also one of those people that doesn't tend to ask for help and is quick to reach maximum frustration stage.. just ask my neighbors when they heard me cursing out the computer at the top of my lungs at 3am.
