copy and paste to word results in small images

Hello everyone.
sing SC version 2.37.03
- captured an active window
- cropped selection to include only what i want
- copied picture to clip board
- when i paste the picture into word, the image pastes very small, and i have to resize the image to get the size i want
is there an easy way to have the picture paste as its normal size?
