Need some help with the search enhancer for SMF

Goto www.gameingstation.net/board    At the top of the page you'll see a lot of coding, which was placed there after I tried to apply the mod. After seeing this, I immediately uninstalled, and reinstalled it, now, I cannot get rid of the text. Could someone please help me!!

Code is gone, and I installed the search mod with no problem at all. It is truly a great system! Thanks you very much!!! :)
