the idea to add such a tool to Screenshot Captor was suggested by crono here: https://www.donation...ndex.php?topic=806.0

and it's a great idea.  only thing we need is a commandline tool that can take a file and upload it to one's flickr account.. anyone know such a tool?

Doesn't answer your question but there is an Explorer extension which allows direct upload here (bottom of the page).

I haven't tried it so I don't know how it works but if it is a shell context menu addin it may be possible to make it available from the right click menu in SC's browser.
