Feature request for thumb drive use
« on: December 05, 2007, 08:51 AM »
I'm using FARR on a USB drive along with PortableApps  (http://portableapps.com/).  FARR works great - just one MINOR thing which bugs me.  PortableApps looks for EXEs in the directory which it then displays in it's menu and for FARR it finds the main executable as well as the quickdoclauncher.exe.  I was curious if that could be moved to maybe the /helpers dir?

Thanks!
Jim

I was going to ask the same question as thecrumb but searched and found this.

I'd also like to ask can the "quickdoclauncher.exe" be moved to another directory?, as it appears in the "PortableAppsMenu" list.
It's only annoying, no major drawback of having it there but it just looks untidy.

Thanks
Rochey
