I purchased this program weeks ago (I think there was a sale of a DC discount at the time) and have found it very useful. At $10 it is definitely worth the price. I suggest you grab a copy if you don't already have one. RecentX is one of those programs that duplicates functionality of the operating system and native applications, but is one of those that makes things more accessible and convenient to the point where it becomes integrated into your day-to-day use.
