I would like to request for an app what would ad-hoc a wifi hotspot that has the ability to forward / re-route anything they type on the web browser's address bar - into your localhost webserver's address. just like that..

Hi guys! flooding is a major issue in our country(Philippines). I would like to ask for an app that always look on a website for an interval of 1 hour(or customizable). The user can customize/specify his region/area so he'll know if there's a flood threat in his area. the apps will specifically look for example, www.sample_storm.ph/philippines/quezon_city/0.php = if the file is 1.php it will trigger an alarm to the screen with 3 types of photo red/yellow/green(as our existing local forecaster set that) system. the weather here is unpredictable.. even if the weatherman told us, it will rain 20% tomorrow, but what actually happen is that it pulls the other's storm's water and drop in our area up to 3 story building high.

so here's the idea's overview:

1 the app can be just a service app or a tray app(the usual)
2 you can set what region you are(to tell what folder in server to look upon)
3 the app will look on the website(website.com/regionfolder/0.php or 1.php or 2.php or 3.php ) every 1 hour
4 if it trigger, it will show a jpg(3 types of color) on screen. it means there's a storm with that level in their area.

Finished Programs / DONE: Icon Menu Launcher

Clicking the desktop icon (.exe) to open menu from it's place. just a simple application for cluttered desktop.

by making the .ahk available, users can change the desired icon to use and the application list. it doesn't have to be a tray application or a service whose always on. Its a stand-alone apps. This is my request.

the idea is just like in Mac Apps. just run the icon'ed folder to run. it is to simply a portable application's location folder/apps. ofcourse, the folder should only contain 1 application. this is not taken from the other post here(create shortcut to exe inside the folder), actually its old but i wanted my other post(self-contained archive/profile desktop) to be implemented 1st so i shouldn't be that burden. i'll just post this here ok. please help, if its ok for someone to make a .ahk script to work like that. thank you so much.


btw as of experience:
* please NO "hot headed" and "limited brain" answers *  it means that if you're saying negative, make it in technical details. not to judge it w/o knowing the actual effect (prejudice)   this is just a request anyways, if you can't (in which i never yet get any 1 of my posts resolved) then dont. It's ok btw, atlease we all know. as the idea is all compiled here. "programmers" are all over the world, but "ideas" are not..    why not help each other

www.freestyleforum.net is a community of independent freestyle nunchaku artists from around the world, of all ages and ability.

The nunchaku is an instrument that yearns for manipulation-- its flexibility gives it versatility, its difficulty in mastery makes it a worthy challenge-- and it is only natural that we are engaged in its evolution.

Over the last two years we've seen dozens of influences taken onboard, hundreds of new moves demonstrated, and several unique and original styles have developed.

THE FREESTYLE NUNCHAKU WORLD CUP 2008

The best freestyle nunchaku artists in the world.

The Champion will be decided by rounds of voting over the coming four weeks.

First we have 8 groups, whittling the field down to the best 16 entries.
Then we do 1 vs 1 knock-out matches, until only our Champion remains.

Everyone involved has done fantastically, and they've produced some of the best nunchaku videos we've ever seen.

Is there a software where you can have a Profile Desktop?

* where you can relocate Desktop Files as a "separate folder" in your hard drive

* where you can select a Desktop Profile with a Zoom In and Zoom Out Function (Zoom Out is the Desktop Selector or an overview of all profiled desktops, Zoom In is the current selected desktop with shortcuts/files/folders/orThemes)

* a Profile Desktop is generally to organize your files from Work/Projects/Gaming/Internet/ETC as it is very useful for people whose desktop is full of files/folders
