General Software Discussion / GIVEAWAY: Cortex Command License Key
« on: December 21, 2007, 12:49 PM »
54dc3426bcd8c59660005cf0e0244959_sq.jpg

I got a valid, legal key for Cortex Command, a game that on my PC runs at 1fps :(
So, if you want it... answer this simple question: What was the FIRST name of Cortex Command?
(btw, In case you wonder, I got my key by solving the cracker's challenge.)

What about generating an anonymous freeware license key?

I have 6 loop / sample cds for Acid (in original boxes):

  • Ethnicity
  • Vince Andrews Solos and Sections
  • Essential Sounds Vol.2
  • On the Jazz Tip
  • Street Beats by poogie bell
  • Funky xtreams 1

I'd like to send these all to one person, or maybe send 3 each to two people.

I ask only these requirements for those who would ask for these:
  • you already use acid, and actually have a use for these
  • you be an honorary/supporting(donating) member of donationcoder.com *prior* to this posting

The first two people (or one person if no one else requests) who reply meeting these criteria will get them.

ps.
if anyone has any other stuff sitting around they want to give away please start a new thread and go for it, might be nice to spread some cheer and clean up the attic

Bleep, i'd love at least one of them! I can send you some of my sample tunes if you want to hear.
-- edit: after reading, my favourite one would be Funky xtreams 1

Hello,
I just updated my forum, and was very upset to see that the Inline Attachment Modification is no longer on the SMF site.  I understand your problems with SMF, but I just think this is a terrific modification.  Actually, my forum absolutely needs this modification, and my members rely on it!!

Is the modification gone now?  If it's still available, where can I get it?

Thanks!
-MatthewSchenker (December 17, 2007, 08:42 AM)

i have now uploaded a new beta version of the inline attachment mod, with package installer here:
https://www.donation...ationCoderDotCom.zip

please UNINSTALL the previous verison before installing this one.

Here's an app that lets someone download/upload straight to your PC using just a web browser, no intermediate server involved. I haven't tried it though. I'm guessing it's secure enough but anything that opens up door to my PC frankly makes me paranoid.

HFS does the same, and it's free.

I can honestly say that is the finest bible-themed video game featuring a supersonic headgehog I've ever seen.
Either you need to change your pills or it's THE ONLY bible-themed video game featuring a supersonic headgehog you've ever seen.

[off-topic]but scancode, any ideas what is the best way to go about if i want to change menu items and app they link to? e.g. in my K810, there is no radio icon, but a video call icon instead and i'd like to change this. :)[/off-topic]

Lol, the theme won't change your icons, if you had videocall it will get videocall, it's only Sony Ericsson Themes Creator preview. (Is that what you meant, right?)

Edit: If you want to *edit* the menu, you'll have to edit the MENU.ML file on your phone, and requires a bit of firmware surgery (to access phone's filesystem, probably with Setool2Lite and XS++). Contact me if you're interested, or drop in IRC :-]
