i am chinese,and i use the google's Translation tool,english Translation to chinese,but i can't start new topic ,Which people help me?

I do not think you can be logged in with the translation page.

Open 2 pages:
  • 1 in google translator
  • 1 normal

Use the translated one as a guide to what the buttons say.

Post from the real page.
