Ok, I tried out DelEmpty.

Why does DelEmpty mark folder as deleteable when *.exe files are inside this folder?

As I observed the checkbox before a line is checked when only a (at least) program
is inside but nothing else.

Shouldn't be a folder only deleted when really nothing is INSIDE?

or is there an option to turn on deletion only when really empty?

Why is there an extra column "Programs" ?

:) This was a feature requested by a user, and customers are always right, right?

I've removed it in DelEmpty v1.2, and it is long over due. Thanks for reminding me, pstein!

OK, Thank you.

One more questions: Could you include an option to let DelEmpty remember its last window position and dimensions (including column width)?
I have always to enlarge and re-adjust everything when I start it.
Thank you

And another bug:
When I click on a column header everything should be sorted.

However when I click on the first column ("Delete") this sorting is NOT working. I expected to have all checked (deleteable) files at the top (or at the bottom after a second click). But it is NOT sorted!

:tellme: Sorry, the first column doesn't contain any data, it's just used for the checkbox. But I guess I could implement this...

Hmm, in the previous version I noticed that after scanning of the whole directory tree there was something like a sort operation at the end.
All checked (=all deleteable) folders where placed on top of the list.
Ok, this list contain folders with exes as well.

In your last version the sort operation was done as well but there were now gap with emtpy checkboxes on top of the list. So I assumed that the sort operation was not completely successful.

Furthermore when I clicked on all of the column headers a sorting was done. On the first column this sorting shows again some gaps with empty boxes.
