Hi,
I built Humble Macro, a small Windows utility/plugin for Stream Deck that records keyboard + mouse workflows and replays them from a Stream Deck button.
The idea is simple:
- press record
- perform the workflow once
- save it as a macro
- replay it from Stream Deck
It is meant for repetitive workflows where manually scripting everything in AutoHotkey or building long Stream Deck action chains would be overkill.
It uses AutoHotkey v2 for the actual automation logic. Macros are local, user-triggered, and intended for replay/automation, not background monitoring.
It is a paid plugin on the Elgato Marketplace. I cannot realistically offer it for free because even a small utility like this takes real time to build, test, maintain, and support. - Way more than i wanted...
If that's not ok dear mod feel free to delete the topic, I won't argue.
Main use cases:
- repetitive workflows
- app setup routines
- creator/streaming workflows
- office/admin tasks
- simple mouse + keyboard automation without writing scripts
- gaming, responsable use only!
I would be interested in feedback, especially from people who use AutoHotkey, Stream Deck, or small Windows productivity tools.
- Is “macro recorder for Stream Deck” clear enough?
- Would you understand the use case from the pictures?
- Is this more interesting for creators, office/productivity users, gamers?
- Is paid Marketplace distribution a blocker for this kind of tool?
