Similar to an issue I see from 2020 (which received no replies), I'm confused by the behavior of Screenshot Captor when I press Shift + PrtScn. I'm able to take screenshots but everything is zoomed in about 2x making it impossible to select all of what's on my actual screens. I can only see the upper-left-most portion of my desktop. I couldn't find any related settings in the app. I'm guessing this relates to my setup or resolution? I can uninstall and reinstall...
