Hello support team,
I ran into an issue when trying to register on the site. I first used an email address with the @e.email domain (from eFoundation), but I never received the registration confirmation email. There was no error or warning shown during registration—it appeared to go through as usual.
Out of curiosity, I changed the email to the @murena.io domain (which is also managed by eFoundation), and the confirmation email arrived immediately.
This suggests that emails to @e.email are being blocked or filtered somewhere along the way, while @murena.io works fine.
Since both domains are legitimate and from the same provider, I’d like to ask:
- Is @e.email being intentionally blocked or blacklisted?
- Could the system issue a clear warning or notification during registration if a domain is restricted? Otherwise, users are left guessing why emails don't arrive.
- Is there a reason for domain whitelisting to be active at all? There are many valid email domains nowadays, and it’s unlikely someone would intentionally register with a wrong email address.
Thanks in advance for clarifying the situation and maybe considering improvements to make the process more user-friendly.
