This is a .NET 4 (full, not client) build. There is no installer - it's simply unzip & run. There is no new functionality. The only change is an update to .NET 4.

Yes! He was off to a great start and it's quite useful as it is, but I'd love to see him finish it.

And whether he does or not, I still may do my own.

Ruler works great but the protractor and screen-cap features are excellent... IMO.

Occasionally i revisit some of my older posts to see if the links still work.  This PicPick is still valid..    ...and it also reminded me to 'check for updates'.
I leave auto-update unchecked.  It's annoying because it checks every time i startup.
