with active transparency on xp, 2k etc; when a video screensaver runs, naturally the video frames are jerking due to the transparency set on the screensaver, the idea is to have a screensaver manager where you can add your normal screensavers, but this manager has the ability to disable transparency before executing and restores it back when the screensaver exits.
