My company has purchased about 50 licenses for the donation coder screenshotcaptor software. If the Surface Pro tablet goes to sleep, the Donationcoder screenshotcaptor software loses the mapped drive setting. It reverts back to the Donation coder default setting. The mapped drive is still there but the default setting for the donation coder pathway has added itself back and ignores the mapped drive. This happens repeatedly. Can anyone help?
