New icon ... just because I could. (Both were "designed" by me.) The Windows package already comes with the new icon. Enjoy.

FWIW, 0.14.1 has been out for a while:

[Changed] New icon, slightly less awful.
[Bugfix] On macOS, groffstudio printed debug output where it shouldn't.
[Bugfix] Preprocessors did not quite work as well as they should have.
