List fonts for a window?

I've seen various tools that list the fonts on a system, but are there any that will list the fonts in use in a particular window?

The context is using Kleptomania to "scrape" text out of certain programs.  In certain cases, it routinely confuses the digit "1" with lower-case "l" (letter eL).
