Hi eveyone,
i'd like to know how to set interval for sync time, and also how to use command line to do that ?

you can use T-Clock to synchronize the time via command line (if running as administrator)... but there's no automatic mechanism with an interval to be set.
My latest release of T-Clock Redux can always be found
here, on my Github releases page
