Startup win10

Very excellent program.
But since last week, it refuses to start with Windows 10 Fall update.
Sure, *start with Windows* is activated.
With Regedit in *Run* also.
Only clicking on the desktop icon lets him start.
What can be the reason?
Before it worked perfectly.

Personally, I suspect that to be a Win 10 FCU issue/bug. I've had trouble with several programs not autostarting, depending on the day of the week, the updates installed, the number of reboots and probably the temperature of my morning-tea. Currently all is fine, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for after the next updates
Oh, and Screenshot Captor always starts fine, it's Skype for business (MS) and/or MS Outlook that's acting up...
