Thanks to the arrival of a super-duper once-a-year newsletter, I am reminded of a question that's been knocking around my thoughts.
I want to take entries from the Lightning calendar in Thunderbird, and convert them to a spreadsheet format.
I use Lightning (and similar calendar apps on my phone) as a daily organiser. I want to extract various things like how much time I've spent on an activity over a month.
I've purchased a verfy helpful Excel plugin called
PrintableCal from VueSoft. It does a lot of the heavy lifting. But I still wonder if there's a tool that would essentially run a copy-format-paste operation on the initial iCal data.
I'll skip any further detail for now.
Is anyone aware of an existing tool to do the job?
Or ideas about how to go about it?
