As far as I can tell, no strings attached (other than having to have a Humble Bundle account):

Both a DRM-free download and a Steam key is provided.

I'm not sure if "until Aug 31" means "through August 31" or "through August 30".  Their sales normally rollover at 10am Pacific time, so I wouldn't be surprised if this ends at 10am Pacific tomorrow.

In other words, if you're interested, get it today.
