hello!

I want to specify a point in map and then see a 20min by car radius! or if not possible, at least to specify a 20km radius but not in straight line, but by following the streets!

is this possible?

Yes. You'll need to consult the API for the map provider/developer for information on how to do that.

Microsoft Streets and Trips had that function.

Also found this website:

...but you have to specify the travel speed (it doesn't know about speed limits)
