anyone using outlook to help me?

hello!

I want to create a ribbon button to move selected msgs to a specific folder, but I can't find how

also I would like to create a rule to move all marked as read emails to a specific folder every 2 days, is it possible?

You'll have to record/create a macro, save it with a proper name, and configure that in your Ribbon, according to the description I linked to. (Here to be even more precise)
