I see some tools for advanced search associated to the web browser you are using, but i would like to know if exists tools you can use without the browser or with any browser.
Can you help me ?

I have found orbiscope, but I would prefer and free and open source project.

This other one seems interesting, but don't have advanced search : Search Engine Explorer

Or this other one with a splendid classic look : iMetaSearch
But I don't see advanced search. Its feature is search in several engines.....

Please stop opening new threads with exactly the same request. (IIRC this is the 3rd within a week about 'advanced search') This is very counter-productive (read: de-motivating), even for anyone that is trying to help you, and you won't get answers even in the rare case you have a relevant/interesting request. >:(
