This is so exactly what I've been looking for! I have one monitor portrait and a second landscape.
Donated, with thanks!

Very, very cool because I never tested a portrait mode setup.  So, it works fine, eh?  If so, would you mind posting a screenshot of your Wallpaper Welder window?  I'd love to see it.

Donated, with thanks!

Thank you very much for the donation as I really appreciate them.   :up: :up: :up:

Can I use this with nvidia surround? I've got 3 1080p monitors setup as one giant display.

It did not work. It saw one giant monitor, and only let me select one image. :(

Ah, too bad.  I'm guessing that Windows reports it as one monitor so that's how Wallpaper Welder would see it.  Thanks for testing, though.

It seems that on one of my monitors the image keeps getting cut off.

Here is a pic of what it looks in the program, in it's image directory, and my monitor setup.
[attachthumb=#1][/attachthumb]

Except for the cutoff and odd placement in the !wallpaper.bmp, the image order shows up sort of "correctly" on the 3rd monitor.
[attachthumb=#2][/attachthumb]

Not sure what the issue is, but it is always the 3rd monitor getting cut off after the point where the 2nd one starts.  Might have something to do with how windows handles x & y coordinates.

Hi, KevH, and welcome to the DonationCoder site.  I'll try to recreate your setup and see what I can figure out.

It doesn't want to work on my system - Win7 Enterprise/64bit/8GB.  I'm using a USB connection for one of the monitors.  It detects the monitor and shows I have two screens in the GUI, but will not let me place a picture on either screen.  I tried right click and drag and drop.  No picture will show in the program for either screen.  I tried both jpg and png files.  Under display setting it is set to Extend these displays.

Hi, creaky, and welcome to the DonationCoder site.

It doesn't want to work on my system

Are you running the application from a folder that is UAC protected?  If so, try running it from a folder that is NOT UAC protected.

Thanks for the help.  I ran the program as administrator and it worked!  Very nice program.  Now I can have my screenshots of my builds from Minecraft on my screen.

Unless I misunderstand you, the "Scale image" option (when you right-click) is what you're describing.

I lost the old wallpaper Wallpaper Welder made for me and can't now make it repeat the trick.

It looks fine (demoing with a couple of VladStudio images):
Screenshot - 00001.pngNANY 2014 Release - Wallpaper Welder

but the wallpaper it actually makes looks like this:
Screenshot - 00002.pngNANY 2014 Release - Wallpaper Welder
so when the image is tiled the left hand monitor is as it should be but the right has a truncated image and a lot of background!

I don't change wallpaper often on this machine and the last time I used it was probably a couple of years back, and Windows has been reinstalled at least once if not twice since then (Win 7 x64, before you ask, and the representation of monitor arrangement shown in the capture of the Wallpaper Welder window is accurate.)

Have I messed up the settings somehow?
