I would like very much a resident able to write above any place in the desktop pc .
Perhaps rolling windows ?
perhaps an indicative point light ?
Perhaps a sign, an image ?

I would like to write in any place, and any window above in my pc and remember.
Something similar to wire marked but for the pc in general.

A code snack ?

Have you tried any of the sticky notes programs?  Some of them can attach to other windows, and can be set to be semi-transparent.

Examples:

• Stickies
  by Zhorn Software - the most famous freeware one, mentioned on DC before
• Magic Notes
  payware, the one I use
• Notezilla
  payware, also often mentioned on DC
• TurboNote+
  free and payware versions

I use skickies.
But that is not the idea.
I don't know if is possible. Make notes everywhere in the pc and the program associated the written in someplace. So when you go to a determinated window or screen in the pc appear the note or mark.
It not the same that stickie notes.

Oh shoot, I think I remember something like this.

It might have been one of Anand's Note programs.

Of couse we have talked about this in the past. I have installed atnotes for writing permanent text in my desktop.
