Software for sequential tasks
« on: January 03, 2013, 07:48 AM »
I am looking for a software to do this :

30/30 is a timer app that helps you get stuff done!

You set up a list of tasks, and a length of time for each of them. When you start the timer, it will tell you when to move on to the next task.

That’s it!

The main screen is completely free of buttons; you use gestures instead.

The display is minimal but attractive and it still shows you everything you need to know:
- What am I supposed to be doing right now?
- How much time do I have left to do it?

30/30 is always free! Enjoy!

but for windows

Do you know anyone ?

Best Regards

If you can live with fixed 25 minute as opposed to variable time intervals, there's a well-established approach called the Pomodoro Technique that might work for you. FWIW, there's supposedly a "scientific reason for choosing a 25-minute task interval - but I don't know if there was ever any serious validation of that claim.

Read all about it here.

I mention Pomodoro because there's already a ton of software for Pomodoro enthusiasts since Pomodoro was quite the "thing" a few years back. It's even available for smartphones last I looked.

Find some here. A quick Google or Bing will find you many more.

Luck! :)

I would like something different.
Really sequential tasks with any measure and control. Even superposing tasks.
