Minimize all when switching fullscreen
« on: November 16, 2012, 03:30 PM »
Hi from Italia :)
First, sorry for my caveman english :P
Hope I'm in the right place for that question:

Have you noticed how many times when, by launching games (especially minigames at lowest desktop resolution), all the explorer and apps windows get resized and dislocated?
So, there is a way to automatic minimize all desktop windows when an app goes to fullscreen?

I've WinXP + truetransparency, and I also noticed that when all aero windows are minimized, the games doesn't slowdown. I'm pretty sure it would be the same on Win7 aero. So, that solution would be a great improvement for gamers... right?

I'm not computer game knowledgeable.  But I did notice there's an ahk sub-forum for game issues. That may be an avenue to explore.
