Tried to install your extension about five times, reboot, restart, uninstall, reinstall, etc. etc. It wouldn't show up in the context menu. So finally I right clicked on the install file and chose Run as Admin.... ta dah! Just thought I would let you know, since maybe others would have a similar problem and this could fix it. Pretty easy fix
