[SUGGESTION] websites worth clicking at subforum
« on: November 06, 2011, 08:48 AM »
hello

how about a subforum for websites that are worth clicking at? also requests about websites that offer specific features

1) example of post for an interesting website:
"question: did you know you can write upside down? try it at http://www.writeupsidedown.com/"
"answer: wow, this rocks!"

2) example of post for a specific website:
"do you know a website that can convert text to regex?"
"answer: yeah, try http://txt2re.com/"

I think that from previous experiences, creating subforums is actually an art. Most of the time, you just end up dispersing the content and people don't find what they are looking for (or where they should post).
However, I could easily see this as a thread on the General Software Discussion board (which would become sticky after it had some relevant intrest) ;).
