First of all, FARR is just simply amazing application. It is by far the best instant search tool that I have tried. I think I went through like five or six of them before I found what I need.
So just wanted to point out that the lack of indexing on FARR is a great reason to buy a SSD. For my use FARR is not at all slower than say, Launchy, because file searching on a SSD is just super fast. I use OCZ Vertex 2 160 GB.
For searching inside files I use File Locator Pro, and my own custom version of open source tool AstroGrep (upgraded it to .NET 4.0 and applied Paraller LINQ for super easy multithreading for the search task).
Keep up the good work! Thank you very much.
