Long answer: Going straight to the sources
here (Asus) and
here (Intel) give you all the specs.
Starting with the most important one, the socket LGA1155, they seem to at least
physically match.
Next check is looking for
what CPU's the manufacturer made the board for. There's no mention of this Xeon there, so I'm quite sure it's
not going to work as you would like
Then try to find the matching Core ix processor, which looks like a Core i7 2600(K) would match closest.
Then look at the price of both Xeon $339,-; Core i7 2600 $294,-; Core i7 2600K $317,-
I'd ask: Why would you?
Short answer: No. Unless... (you can get your hands on both and just try without obligations)
This
Tom's Hardware article explains why you'd want a real server-chipset for that CPU.
