Rename Log

I was wondering if there's any application out there that will modify certain folders or files and keep a log of if files in that range are renamed, and what to?
Er, just noticed I accidentally posted this in the Finished Programs section and not Coding Snacks. Sorry about that.

Hmmmm...it's not clear what you're asking for.  Are you asking if there is a file renamer application out there that keeps a log of its changes?  If not, please provide more details (and examples if pertinent).
