BonAView is a photo organizer, which help you categorize, rate and manage your photo collections on PC. You can search or filter your images by many criteria. Also BonAview provides an intuitive and easy way to view your images in 3D. Beside this you can view and edit EXIF or IPTC information.
Also BonAView has:

• a powerful image editor, which supports filters, red eye removal, image's enhancements and much more;
• an annotation tool that helps you to mark up your photos;
• scanning tool, that gives you an easy way to get your images from scanner;

Also it supports all major graphic formats such as BMP, JPEG, JPEG 2000, GIF, PNG, PCX, EPS, TIFF, WMF, TGA and others.

I have a question:

Your general legal notices state: Unless otherwise specified, High Motion's Materials are for your personal and non-commercial use only.

Are you serious about putting a non-commercial use clause on a product that needs to be purchased? Or is that just some boilerplate your attorneys wrote that is superseded by the EULA for the actual product?

Most software that is sold doesn't restrict by whom, or for what purpose, it can be used. If it does, there's usually also a "professional" version that has no such restrictions. Do you currently have a 'commercial use' license available? And if so, what is the price for it? I didn't see any mention on your website.

OK, Thanks! Now this sentence was deleted from site's EULA, because it conflicts with other EULA's paragraphs.
But in general it concerned to digital images and other materials from site except software products, because they has their own EULAs.

And all our purchased products are, of course, for commercial use also.
