Compared with Steganos Locknote
« on: February 16, 2006, 07:52 AM »
Hi, and thanks for this most excellent program !
Just a quick question : how would you compare it to Steganos Locknote ?
I read the technical description of both, and both are free, easy to use, crypt using AES 256bits ... It seems that fSekrit is smaller, and that it has a cooler name ;)
Cheers,
David.

The two programs overlap a bit in functionality, but fSekrit is indeed smaller - and it works on Win9x, which Locknote doesn't. Also, there's some GUI differences, but that's a matter of personal taste... :)
