archiving PMs

another wish/request from me, this time regarding PMs. i wish there was a way to archive our PMs into an off-line format. currently i couldn't find any options to archive them so i only copy-paste.

i noticed that some forums have this ability which may be possible to replicate with SMF mods. i believe this would be good addition so i'll post some screenshots of the examples that i've come across:
