Incompatiable License

Is it possible to release GridMove in either plain Creative Common or GPL, instead of the non-free Noncommercial Creative Common? It is incompatible with other licenses (especially GPL) and thus cannot be used or contributed in many places.

rant: I generally consider incompatibility with GPL to be GPL's fault :P
