Guys, I have a bunch of folders for music albums in the form of \ArtistName -- AlbumTitle\ and want to re-orient each of these into a folder/subfolder scheme like: \ArtistName\AlbumTitle\.

What is the best way to do this? I have hundreds of these to do and doing it manually is TEDIOUS.

Thank you.

go to, and install Id3ToFolder. I use version 2.21; the new version 3_BETA works fine but is a bit confusing to me. Do the settings (you can copy mine), try first with a single folder, check. When okay, do it with the entire directory  while you're walking the dog!

Totally simple & easy!
