Window maximizer (auto window manager)

I would like to find a simple soft to maximize in the start a selected window program.

I have trying with Autowin from eusing.com , but don't obey me in all cases.

Can you make a shortcut to your program, change the Properties of the shortcut to Run: Maximized, and run the shortcut instead of the program directly?  Does that work for you?  Example below:

The first is simple and direct. Work marvellous. Fine and don't consume RAM.
The second is other possibility for more tasks.
