Dear coders,

For reasons of security and privacy I start my Windows XP with the login screen. No auto-login.  I would like to use AHK to write an app that would run (once) at boot time, that is, at or before the appearance of the login screen.

Could anyone give me tips on how to do this?

Thanks

-Harry

Check help on the Task Scheduler.  At least in my Vista version it has a trigger to run a task at startup. Your mileage may vary depending on what flavor of Windows you are running.
